GOOD FRUIT
Project “Good Fruit” is implemented within the Estonian-Latvian cross-border cooperation program.
The project aims:
Establish a sustainable network of fruit and berry storage and processing issues.
The draft of the proposed solutions:
1) Establishment of the Estonian-Latvian fruit and berry product development competence center, which essentially is based on Polli (Estonia) and Pure (Latvian) Horticulture pilot stations;
2) involvement of private partners for the fruit and berry processing and storage of new and innovative solutions to implementation;
3) to involve non-governmental organizations that promote rural development agenda by promoting new and innovative fruit and berry processing and storage solutions.
